Silkwinders features Andrea Webster who released her first album in 2009 with her band 'our missing cat', alongside The Katie Winter. All songs are following on from the earlier TKW releases, but taken into newer territory with vocals and additional instrumentation by Andrea.

The initial four songs that were recorded in the summer are being added to to make an eight track mini album which should hopefully be out in early 2012. It is being mixed and mastered by Daniel Klimcke. You will hopefully soon be able to hear a sneak preview on bandcamp.

The Katie Winter is Les King’s side-shoot from other songwriting duties in Uncle Black.
These songs are quieter, more restrained,
with perhaps a more pastoral feel and a nod towards folk.

The desire is for them to be minimal, and sparse, but not cold or empty.

holly burton

Originally hailing from Seattle, Holly Burton has since become a regular feature on the singer-songwriter scene in Manchester and the North-West. She has previously self released an album called ‘Little Seattlight’ but in recent times has been developing her solo work to much acclaim.

Hollyann recorded 8 new tracks recently, some of which may in time find their way from the nest as part of TT output. But in the meantime you can enjoy the fruits of her new work here on soundcloud.
