Welcome to treetops records. We hope that this space will embrace a cornucopia of gentle folk sounds, subtle electronic tweaks, and songs to sing the birds from the trees.

The latest release was recorded last summer at Mill Studio, with songwriter Andrea Webster who is taking time out from her band ‘our missing cat‘. Four songs were recorded, and these are going to be released on the 9th April 2012. In a subtle shift from the earlier releases, these take in some additional instrumentation, with Andrea adding keyboards and tweaks while bass was provided by Uncle Black cohort Michael Aldridge. The songs also in part collaborations with online poets, karin taylor and siki dlanga.

The ep will be called 'song for the night' and will be available from all major online retailers, i-tunes, amazon, e-music and other previous releases, studio out takes and radio sessions, can be found on bandcamp.
